How to claim your £500 Cashback

• Purchase your Canon Colour Multifunctional Printer* between 3rd September and 14th December 2007.
• Complete and return this claim form by 21st January 2008 with a copy of your original invoice or Finance Agreement (lease document) in the provided envelope to the address detailed below - we will not be able to fulfil your claim without this.
• Please ensure that you include the serial number of your machine - we will not be able to fulfil your claim without this.

How to claim Terms & Conditions

The reference to ‘Immediate £500 Cashback’ refers solely to the Cashback offered in this promotion. Participants may use the Cashback at their sole discretion, but Canon recommends that customers use it towards their colour printing costs.

How to enter

1. To receive your ‘Immediate £500 Cashback’, (the “Cashback”), participants must send proof of purchase (a copy of your invoice), a correctly completed Claim Form, including the serial number for the Canon Multifunctional Printer purchased, to: PWA, PO Box 659, Chesham, HP5 3WN.
2. All purchases must be made within the 3rd September and 14th December 2007, from Canon (UK) Ltd or one of its Authorised Partners in the UK or Republic of Ireland.
3. All completed Claim Forms must be received by Canon (UK) Ltd at the address given above by 21st January 2008.
4. Canon (UK) Ltd reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or illegible entries, or entries sent in by third parties or agents.
5. This offer applies to purchases of iRC3380, iRC3380i, iRC2880, iRC2880i machines only:
   • Only one claim per purchase may be submitted.
   • Equipment must be sourced from Canon (UK) Ltd or Canon (IRL) Ltd only and no other Canon subsidiaries or affiliates.
6. Canon (UK) Ltd reserves the right to withhold the Cashback where an entrant has rejected the equipment purchased which would otherwise entitle the entrant to claim the Cashback, or where the entrant unduly withheld payment of any invoice. This Cashback cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other Canon promotion.
7. Canon (UK) Ltd accepts no responsibility for entries not received by the closing date.
8. Canon (UK) Ltd reserves the right to amend the promotion in whole or part without prior notice or compensation. In the event of a dispute over interpretation or implementation of the rules or on any matter related to the Competition, the decision of the Managing Director of Canon (UK) Ltd & Canon (IRL) Ltd is final.
9. This incentive is only available in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Entrants

1. All entrants must be organisations located in the UK or Republic of Ireland. For the attention of Canon (UK) Ltd or Canon (IRL) Ltd direct customers only:
   • Due to their status, certain customers of Canon may be excluded from this promotion. Therefore, before placing an order with Canon for a iRC3380, iRC3380i, iRC2880 or iRC2880i customers must check their eligibility to participate in this promotion with their Canon (UK) Ltd sales representative.
   • Employees of Canon (UK) Ltd, or its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
2. All entrants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Allocation of cashback

1. A cheque / payment for the Cashback will be sent to all participants who enter a valid claim within the time period stated above.

Cashback details

1. Cashback is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.
2. The Cashback is £500 in the form of a cheque or by BACS.
3. In the event that the Cashback is unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to offer alternative gifts of equal or greater value.
4. Please allow at least 28 days for receipt of payment.
5. The Cashback amount includes VAT and if you are a VAT registered trader this reduces the taxable value of your purchase and you must reduce your input tax accordingly.

Disclaimers

1. Canon (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this scheme. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Canon's liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Canon.
2. Canon (UK) Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events, which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.

Jurisdiction

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where any Contract is made in Scotland or the Republic of Ireland, in which case it will be governed by Scottish or Irish law as applicable.
